I found an orange tabby outside Longhorn Steakhouse, along the eastern wall. I’ve seen him here before. Last time I saw him, he was just quietly hanging. This time, he’s meowing at everyone walking past. He still looks healthy with a full coat and not bony, just a bit dirty. I hope he lives nearby and just wanders over when he’s let out! If you know anything about him, I’d appreciate some information so I don’t worry so much about him. But the point of this is to help the owners find him if they’re looking, so that’s the priority.
