Dirtbike Crash In Walpole Sends Driver To Hospital Via Med Flight

WALPOLE, MA - Sunday night at around 5:20pm, Walpole Police Department and Walpole Firefighters IAFF Local 2464 personnel responded to crash involving a dirt bike off South Street. Due to the seriousness, a Boston MedFlight helicopter was summoned to assist. The dirt bike operator was transported to a Boston hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries, acaccording to a Facebook post on the Walpole Police Department's page. The crash remains under investigation by the WPD Patrol Division. A call to the Walpole Police Department has not yet been returned. This is a developing story. Stay tuned for updates.
