If you are struggling, then join us for our Meditative Movement™ Session Sampler Event. During this event, you will EXPERIENCE MEDITATION MOVEMENTS (proven to reduce anxiety, depression, and fatigue), LEARN HELPFUL TIDBITS from our health coach, KaNesha, and RECEIVE MINDFUL EATING ADVICE, all of which can be easily integrated into anyone’s routine, no matter their age or condition. Meditative Movements™ is an innovative mind-body exercise program incorporates western science with modern day philosophies and ancient wisdom. Our easy-to-follow, empowering movements can be practiced during your routine day and are adaptable to anyone's physical ability. A 2017 University of Minnesota research study found this technique reduces anxiety, depression and fatigue while improving emotional and functional wellbeing. Youth, adults, and seniors enjoy practicing the movements which strengthen their bodies, calm their minds and energize their spirit. By practicing, you explore who you are so you can give breathe to your life purpose, values and dreams. You build resilience. You also practice movements that release blocked energies and any negativity that is hindering your ability to be fully present in this moment. Parents can share the movements with their family as a way to bond and talk about things that matter.
