Bring your whole family for some autumn fun at our Trunk or Treat! Open to the autism community! Bring the whole family and enjoy a bounce house, crafts, face painting and so much more! While you munch on candy and snacks, enter to win some AH-MAZING prizes! There will be a safe space for your little ones to trick or treat! This event is FREE and open the special needs community. One of our goals each year is to give back to the autism community through free community events. Check out our website for a list of upcoming events like our Annual Mom's Mingle, Indoor Tailgate Party, Fall Festival, & Santa's Helper Holiday Camp! Also, consider joining our team at one of the upcoming walks, like the super fun AutismOklahoma PieceWalk & 5k or an Autism Speaks Walk. Therapy and Beyond combines ABA, Speech, and OT for individuals with autism and other developmental differences. There is hope for every child and our team of professionals want to help your child succeed. Our individualized programs encourage family involvement and are designed on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior (VB) to focus on major areas of development including behavior, language, social, academic, and self-help. The purpose of our approach is to foster competency in the individual's ability and generalize skills to the natural environments of home, school, and the community. Our general goals are for individuals to: - Become competent and confident in their abilities- Become self-directed in a constructive manner- Become successful in educational and community experiences - Develop the ability and desire to learn - Develop self-control and self-monitor behaviors - Learn cooperation with peers as well as adults - Reach their full potential in all aspects of development
