Sarasota Man Charged With Child Pornography, Molestation

SARASOTA, FL — A 33-year-old Sarasota man was arrested and faces multiple charges, including Capital Sexual Battery with a Victim under 12 and Possession of Child Pornography. Keith Hill was arrested after his girlfriend, suspicious that he was cheating on her, checked his phone, and allegedly found numerous sexually explicit videos involving an eight-year-old girl, police spokesperson Genevieve Judge told FOX 13 News. Following Hill's arrest, police obtained a warrant for a forensic examination of Hill's cell phone. That found additional sexually explicit videos involving a 5-year-old boy, the Sarasota Police Department said in a news release. Police say that while in jail, Hill contacted family members of the victim through calls and text messages. This adds two new charges – Tampering with a Witness and Violation of a No Contact Order – to an already extensive list of charges that includes: Possession of Child Pornography (36 counts) Lewd Lascivious Molestation under 12 (3 counts) Lewd Lascivious Behavior (Exhibition) (2 counts) Sexual Performance of a Child – Production (2 counts) Capital Sexual Battery (3 counts) Transmission of Child Pornography Detectives believe Hill may have molested other children.
