The Landscape Crew Leader reports directly to the CEO/President. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crew members in the execution of projects Delegate and perform assignments such as plant, irrigation, drainage, and stone installation. Enforce quality control Maintain maintenance records Verify and track timesheets Coordinates with other trades when required Minimum Skills and Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance/installation Previous experience operating maintenance equipment including heavy machinery Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills Desired Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of plant and turfgrass maintenance and installation Knowledge of irrigation systems/operation/components Comprehension of landscape plans and contracts Bilingual English and Spanish desired.
