Cat in need of home

So theirs this cat that looks like he’s been abandoned and it breaks my heart to see him trying so hard to come in my home but landlord said no cats allowed or dogs so if anyone can help take him to a shelter that would be awesome or atleast take him into your home ? I been feeding him and atleast giving him a lil bed for outside so that’s what is making him stay around now but he just can’t sadly be in my house I’m also a stay at home mom so I don’t drive so I can’t take him to a shelter myself. He is soooo sweet though and he doesn’t bite at all he loves to rub against me and doesn’t meow at all
