FULL OR PART TIME: Looking for 2 onsite independent contractors / Maintenance personnel / skilled handymen to maintain equipment and other repairs at our 3 hotels near Mankato, New Ulm and Redwood Falls area. Past experience at a hotel or similar desired. Must have good handyman experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall taping/painting, carpet install, air conditioning/HVAC etc. Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Furnished room + cash totals $16/hour. Increases to $18-$20/hour after probation and $5000 bonus after satisfactory completion of 1st year.
