UPDATE: The dog has been reunited with his owner, according to the animal shelter. WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet boy was found roaming near Atwood Apartments near UNH," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has a collar but no tags or microchip. If anyone has any information on where this sweet guy lives, please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter between 8am and 3pm every day." The animal shelter can be reached at 203-937-3642.
