A SURPRISE SECOND CONCERT AT BEAUTIFUL GREY TOWERS! A young emerging soloist, Britton-René Collins finds passion in the art of contemporary percussion performance. A Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Chicago International Music Competition and MarimbaOne artist, she has dedicated herself to shaping a diverse and inclusive community for all musicians. Her transcription of Bach's legendary masterpiece, Violin Partita No. 2 for marimba, is a centerpiece of the program along with variety of contemporary works, including her own. Seats are limited!
