Sweet 9 mo. old girl kitten

She's about 9 months old, her name is Olivia. She is really sweet. I took her to get her first set of vaccinations & wellness check-up at VCA pet clinic which was $400 so I am asking for a small rehome fee. However, Olivia is not yet spayed. She does not really get along with other pets. I feel that she should be in a home with her being the only pet, & possibly no children or at least older children. I have 3 kids under the age of 5 years old & I have another female cat that is about 14 yrs old which she does not get along with, & we also have 3 dogs so Olivia gets anxiety from the environment she is in. I really am looking for someone who will actually have the time to really give her all the attention she needs. I have kept her as an inside cat because I feel it would be the safest option for her.
