LOST COCKATIEL - White faced, Charcoal body with White stripe on wings. Escaped, spooked by loud noise near Pill Hill/29th & Broadway area in Oakland... Last seen 9/20/2021. He is friendly and gentle, may respond to his name- "Sumi Chan", loves millet sprig, pumpkin/sunflower seeds. May be willing to feed from hand. Likes to land on head/shoulder to get your attentions.
