PERRY HALL, MD — As Baltimore County Public Schools prepares for a new northeast elementary school to open in August 2022, it is holding information sessions for potential staff.
The elementary school will open for the 2022–2023 school year to accommodate one of the county's fastest growing areas, according to officials.
It will seat 735 students at a brand-new campus along Ridge Road in the Rossville area, Baltimore County Public Schools reports.
Three in-person information sessions are planned to hire staff, and attendees must wear masks and keep their distance to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. These sessions will be held in October, November and December.
A virtual session is also scheduled in December; it requires applicants to register online.
Here are the dates of the information sessions for staff:
5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5; Golden Ring Middle School, 6700 Kenwood Ave., Rosedale5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3; Milford Mill Academy 3800 Washington Ave., Milford Mill5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7; Loch Raven High School 1212 Cowpens Ave., Towson The virtual presentation is Wednesday, Dec. 8; register online.
