HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Salah Lazarus, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on Monday, Sept. 27. Lazarus is described by police as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing and a photo wasn't provided.
