Description

We are looking for a office coordinator in a corporate setting near the MIA Airport. Please make sure that this candidate is vaccinated as this will be a requirement. Here is the job scope: • Handle shipping and receiving of all mail and packages (domestic, international) • Manage all conference room reservations • Communicate with meeting coordinators regarding needs for meetings • Set-up conference rooms for all meetings including table configurations in main training room • Assist with inter-office moves and peripherals set-up • Prepare monthly office events calendars and regularly update media on lobby monitor • Maintain and organize inventory of various supply closets • Assist in trouble shooting basic computer and printer issues • Create IDs and set up office name signs and mailboxes for new employees • Provide printer support including assisting with printer set-up and maintenance calls • Maintain tracking sheet of deliverables for the Supply Chain Academy • Schedule Iron Mountain pick-ups • Maintains staff list and employee vehicle report • Assist catering companies in the set-up of meals, when needed • Assist office administrator with assigned tasks Responsibilities at front desk: • Receiving package deliveries • Greeting and granting site access to guests Skills: • High level of customer service and a positive attitude • Reliable team player that can work independently on assigned tasks • Great communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
