We need Multi-Task SKILLED Craftsman with EXPERIENCE all types of General Home Repair, Remodeling, Renovations, Construction, Demo, FENCE and DECK Work and some Punch Out Tasks. From large to small jobs and able to work without supervision and with others. YOU MUST have actual HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN SOME OF THESE TASKS: Residential, Carpentry (Rough/Finished), Electric, Plumbing, Sheetrock, Tile, Skim Coating, Painting, FENCES, DECKS, Soffit/Fascia Repair, Stucco Old and New, etc. A SPECIALTY IN ONE OR A FEW PREFERED. Nearly all of our work is single family residential....NO CONDOS YOU MUST HAVE ALL YOUR OWN TOOLS......HAND AND POWER with the know how to safely and properly use them. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS ALSO A MUST. IF YOU DON'T HAVE TOOLS AND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION AND WANT TO LEARN, PLEASE DON'T BOTHER TO CONTACT ME!!!!
