GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers seized $4,400 in cash and approximately 210 grams of suspected marijuana when they stopped a silver Hyundai Saturday afternoon. The officers flagged the vehicle near Oakwood Road and Glengary Garth at approximately 12:30 p.m. According to a police report, the officer detected the smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, which promopted the officer to search the car. The officer arrested 30-year-old Zina Ilona Constancia of Bowie.
