HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 21,996 positive new coronavirus cases and 262 deaths, according to the Howard County Health Department. The state has 528,764 confirmed cases and 10,166 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health.
