Job Description: Cleaning of parking lot and sidewalks/under canopy areas Changing out trash liners Pick up debris Clean around dumpsters Trash pick-up throughout the property: Curbside Grass Tops Dumpster areas/ trash enclosures Sidewalks and Store Fronts Planters and Cigarette buds Blowing Emptying the ashtrays Pick up the palm fronts Remove trash from the bushes (e.g. bottles, cans, paper, cups etc.) Report all safety matters, and send photos to the management staff Responsible for following all Company Protocols Must have reliable transportation to job site if needed Must have valid drivers license Must be capable of extensive walking Experience: porter: 1 year (Preferred) Use a back pack blower 1 year (Preferred) Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information. Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Reacts well under pressure. Ability to read, write and interpret the English language. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
