Salary: STARTING Rate $100 and up Per day based on industry experience EXPERIENCED SWEEPER OPERATORS RATE IS NEGOTIABLE !!!! NO EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM !!! WILL TRAIN!!! MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE • Use a backpack blower, change out full trash cans, and operate our sweeper truck to remove trash and debris on parking lot surfaces • The gas back pack power: blower is used to remove debris from storefronts, curd-lines, corners, and landscape beds. • Sweeping on job site includes: sweeping parking lot, empty garbage cans and doing necessary hand work with back pack blower, push broom and shovel. • Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc. • Drive the truck from job to job • Complete paperwork at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Must be at least 22 years of age for insurance purposes. • Must have a valid driver's license with no serious traffic infractions on record • 3rd shift experience preferred • Must be able to work flexible hours • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to walk for extended periods of time • Must be able to work in all weather conditions • Must pass background check. • Must pass drug screen (including Marijuana for insurance purposes) • Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. The availability to work 3rd shift and/or week-ends is a requirement. • Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. • Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information. • Maintains positive attitude.
