Positions available (Hiring multiple candidates) Moving crew: fast-paced, team-centric roll that includes lifting furniture and maneuvering it in tight spaces safely. We are determined to work smarter not harder. This means regular team lifting and constant communication. It’s not about who can lift more weight, it’s about who can move it safely with the team. A successful candidate will have great communication skills, attention to detail, and spatial awareness. Packing crew: Slower-paced, more independent roll that requires filling boxes for the moving crew. This might include a full kitchen or a bedroom or an office. The ideal candidate is organized and good at puzzles or Tetris. This position is also team-centric but offers more independence and room to listen to podcasts or music. Crew lead: This position is promoted from within, but we are quick to recognize potential and cultivate it! Crew leads are responsible for ensuring moves go smoothly and nothing is forgotten ie specific items or specific tasks. This role is more collaborative than top-down. The crew lead does everything a mover does but is additionally tasked with monitoring the progress and flow of a move and adjusting where the crew is assigned to maintain efficiency. Back end orginizaton specialist: Primarily responsible for ensuring a streamlined work environment to support the crew. This entails keeping supplies stocked as well as inventorying items. The goal of this position is to support the rest of the team in their daily operations Within our team we look to foster the growth of our team members even if that means they move onward and upwards of our service! Thru working with us we will build the necessary skills to help develop our crew with the opportunity for growth within the company! If you ask me, the most important part of a company are the people themselves. therefore we are looking for special people with the following characteristics. First and foremost individuals with a high level of drive! One of my favorite simple but powerful sayings, “who wants it”. From there customer service oriented, honest and open communication, and the ability to work and learn with the team. At this time we are looking for part-time help with the possibility of it turning into full time!
