Looking for others who got a chihuahua from the puppy mill lady near Panther Lake neighborhood in Snohomish. I can’t remember her name but she and her mother were later arrested for being a puppy mill in Snohomish and Skagit Counties. I didn’t know she was a puppy mill when I got my puppy 14 years ago, but he has been the best dog I’ve ever had, I’m hoping to connect with anyone who may have a chi that is related to him
