ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said they found suspected opioids in a car parked behind an Annapolis business last Tuesday. Officers reported arresting the white Hyundai's occupant, identified as 58-year-old Lafayette Edward Collins of Salisbury. Authorities noted that they went to the 300 block of Busch's Frontage Road around 9:45 p.m. for a vehicle check. Officers added that they saw suspected drug paraphernalia in plain sight.
