Looking for a motivated person that would like to expand their career in the construction industry. This is an entry level position with plenty of room for growth. Looking for someone who can work independently and without constant supervision. Our company builds projects from Custom Homes, Tract Homes, Commercial, Retail and Industrial for the private sector. Starting Job Responsibilities: -Opening and closing of jobsite daily -Keeping an eye on all activity -Reporting to Project Manager -General Jobsite cleanup -Quality Control Inspections -Walking with building inspectors This position will be up to the individual as to how far they want to take it. Requirements: -Ability to lift heavy objects -Read, Write and speak English proficiently. -Reliable transportation -Good Work Ethic -Safely walk on rough terrain -Follow good safety practices Bonus skills: -Speak Spanish -High School Education -Construction Back Ground -Construction trade skills -Computer Skills We will not tolerate any drug or alcohol use on the jobsite. Drug testing will be required.
