Location: Hemet, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Part Time 10am to 3pm
Job Description
Office Manager for a Home Owners Association in Hemet, responsible for the day-to-day operations, professional, organized, warm and friendly personality!
Job Duties
• Respond to incoming visitors, telephone calls and email in a timely and courteous manner.
• Interact with Residents, vendors and staff and promptly respond to enquiries or issues.
• Handling accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial records.
• Maintaining resident records/reports, handling Resident relations.
• Keeping maintenance records, and fostering good resident relations.
• Enforcing the Community Rules and Regulations and resident maintenance requests.
• Prepare letters and emails, process and file paperwork.
• Interact with homeowners regarding violations, issue violation letters, process fines and/or waivers.
Requirements of This Position
• Prior experience in Property Management industry or HOA REQUIRED!
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of property management software a plus
• Reliable transportation and a clean DMV record.
