Needs a new home ASAP

Description
We have three sweet cats that need a home as soon as possible. Chiquita, a 3 year old spayed female, vaccinated and microchipped. She was a neighbor's pet, but they neglected her so my sister began feeding and caring for her well over a year ago. Chiquita had a litter of kittens this spring and spent 8 weeks inside my sister's home while nursing. She was quite content inside. Because my sister has allergies, she wasn’t able to keep her inside once we found homes for each of the kittens. We had her spayed and vaccinated and she has been living outside again since July. However, the mobile home park where my sister lives will no longer allow the feeding of outdoor cats. Consequently, we need to find a new home for Chiquita or she will have to go to a shelter. Chiquita is not a feral cat. She is litter trained, calm and not destructive. She would do best in a home without other animals as she tends to be afraid of animals, however, she is happy to be with my sister. Chaquita is not a cuddly cat, but loves a tummy rub, will approach you and lie down beside you. My sister has even walked her on a leash. The second cat is Lucky. A two year old male, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and son of Chaquita. Lucky is an indoor/outdoor cat. He has spent time inside and was litter box trained and taught to use scratching posts. Lucky likes people and other cats. He will allow pets, tummy rubs and is a good natured cat. He isn't going to be content inside all of the time but likes the comfort of a home at night and when the weather is bad. The third cat is "BW", short for Bruce Willis. BW is a male, age unknown, who is scheduled to be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped on October 13. BW was a stray cat who came to dinner at my sister's home one night not too long ago and decided to stay. He has an injured front paw and doesn't put any weight on this foot. BW is not feral or overly afraid of people. He loves a bowl of milk and will accept being petted, however, he prefers his independence. He has not been inside since arriving at my sister's home, so he is not litter box trained. My sister thinks he will do best as an outdoor cat, possibly an indoor/outdoor cat with some TLC. Again, my sister is not able to feed the outdoor cats as her mobile home park will no longer permit this. If we can't find a nice home, each of the cats will have to be taken to a shelter. Please, if you are interested in meeting any of these cats, you may call me at 260-four, four, five-8360.
