Press release from the City of Wheaton: September 27, 2021 Three City-owned parking lots will be closed from 6 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29 through noon on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 while crews sealcoat and stripe the lots. The affected lots will be: Customers in the downtown can use the customer parking available in the Wheaton Place Garage or use other on-street customer parking spaces in the downtown. Commuters who have permits for Lot 7 or Lot 8 should use Commuter Parking Lot 6 and Crescent Street near the College Avenue train station. You can see this parking guide for maps of the City parking lot locations. This work is weather-dependent. The City will post notices in the affected areas to inform drivers of this work.
