MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police have issued a warrant for a 25-year-old woman who they say is accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say that on July 24th Manchester Police were notified of a 4-year-old child who had been transported to the Elliot Hospital for symptoms of an overdose. The hospital informed police that the child tested positive for Methadone in their system and Narcan had been administered.
During the investigation, police said they learned the child had ingested Methadone while in the care of the child's Mother Allisson Richardson, DOB 12/28/1995.
Police are looking to locate Richardson who has an active arrest warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.
