NORRISTOWN, PA — An artist from Norristown is among the winners in the statewide art competition in Pennsylvania. The State Museum of Pennsylvania announced that Norristown's Alison Willse won first place in the Work on Paper category her piece titled "Mouth 2." Take a closer look at her piece here. The 2021 juried exhibition marks more than a half century of celebrating the best work Pennsylvania artists. The competition was launched in 1961. The State Museum is located adjacent to the State Capitol in Harrisburg.
