Please read entire ad. Contractor looking for bids for a foundation for an addition. Addition is 20' wide, 14' deep. Two walls 14' long, one wall 20' long. Footer is 16" x 8" then 4' high 8" wide walls. Typical rebar. Excavation 3' deep plus 8" for footer. Compact and backfill, haul away excess dirt. NOTE, maximum width of equipment is 4' due to tree. Access is through alley. Prefer to hire one subcontractor to handle both excavation and foundation but can divide into two contractors if necessary. Hoping to start next week. Must carry insurance, it will be verified. Must have at least one person on site at all times that speaks English. Email preliminary estimate and qualifications.
