please resuce sick bearded dragon

Hi my boyfriend has had a beaded dragon for over a yea and I’m not into reptiles so I have no clue how to take care of it but it looks like it’s dead. He hasn’t been taking care of it and I feel so bad for it I want to surrender it to someone who can take care of it. I don’t want to post a picture due to it’s conditions but it looks very dehydrated and underfed he claimed it was in brumation hibernation idk and that why it wasn’t eating but now it so small skinny and isn’t moving around but Is Alive. I live near sloans lake and I would appreciate if u didn’t slander but just save the poor creature I’d help it if I knew how all I have done is give it water! And he give it milworms and crickets but I hate bugs. Email for more info I won’t sell his set up because it’s his but I will surrender the pet.
