We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Bakers/Cake Decorators and Customer Service Associates to join our team. Do you love making people happy? Is baking and decorating your passion? Are you dependable? If so, we want to hear from you! Our Bakers/Decorators should have at least 1 years' experience in decorating including creating flowers, buttercream finishes, borders, gels, lettering, piping techniques and fondant work. Our Baking Associates/Decorators are responsible for baking products fresh every morning, preparing frostings, taking and preparing special orders, keeping the kitchen clean, and providing exemplary customer service. Experience is preferred. The Customer Associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring customer satisfaction, assembling customers' orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout ALL areas of Smallcakes at all times. . Hourly wages are based on the experience and skill level of the candidate. Highly competitive wages, tips, and bonus opportunity. Candidates MUST be available to work weekends as well as weekdays to qualify for consideration.
