Do you have a basement or other space that isn't being used? Would you consider allowing a band to rehearse in that space? We are a 50's and 60's cover band that is looking for a rehearsal space more in town (K.Falls) as we currently rehearse out in Bonanza. Just for the winter months and then we would move back out to Bonanza. We can give you a little monthly cash for the usage of your space. None of us are drug users or heavy drinkers. Group member ages range from 60's to 20's. We are established and have a 30 song set list that is constantly being added to and we sound great. If you like tunes from the 50's and 60's, this will be a real treat for you as you will be able to sit in on our practices if you like.
