If you love kids and enjoy drawing, Young Rembrandts award-winning afterschool drawing program is looking for part-time instructors to teach kids how to draw at our partnering schools! Our classes take place for one hour immediately afterschool once a week in the safety of our partnering schools. You don't need any formal teaching experience, teaching degree OR art degree. Even if you think you can't draw well, we will train you on our step-by-step drawing methodology. We offer a paid training program, all of the teaching supplies, the students and ongoing support! There is no selling or out-of-pocket expenses, except gas for your car. Once hired, you are assigned to the same school(s) for the entire 2021/2022 school year. Instructors are compensated $27 for each class they teach. Substitute instructors are compensated $30 for each class they teach. We have immediate openings with our partnering schools located in these communities:Aurora | Bolingbrook | Lockport | Monee | Montgomery | Morris | New Lenox | Oswego | Plainfield | Yorkville and other surrounding communities throughout Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties.
