I have several projects going on at the same time. Need a good Handyman for misc jobs. Prefer to pay by the hour for handyman because the jobs are scattered thru out the house. Need a NEW LINAI. Concrete pad is still there and in good shape. Location is downtown Englewood, so it would be great if you lived close by. Some light painting could be included in misc yard work. Mow grass. Shady yard except in one area, lots of nice trees. $15 an hour for yard work, cash same day. Easy work if you like working outside. Start when you want and work short or long days. $25 an hour for handyman and BID for Linai and other big projects.
