Description
Sadly, I have to rehome my Argentine red tegu. When I got her, the goal was to cohabitate with my black and white tegu. Turns out he doesn’t like her, and for safety reasons I cannot put them in the same enclosure.
She has dropped a small portion of her tail from stress from my other tegu a few weeks ago. She’s eating and drinking normally.
She is about 3 months old. Guaranteed female by the breeder. Skittish, but friendly once she’s out of her enclosure, and even likes being held once out. She’s eating salad, f/t pinky mice, crickets and dubia roaches (alternating the bugs & mice, salad daily).
Will come with 40 gallon tank, water dish, food bowl, hide, and lights (and substrate from the 10 gallon tank, that she’s going to outgrow in the next month or so). I paid over $400 for everything,
I’m asking $200 as a rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home. Knowledge about tegus is a MUST, experience is preferred.
