TIPA Volunteer Notice Hello my fellow American citizen. My name is Andrew J. Wildman. I am a resident of Carroll County, Maryland. I am the Founder of a new and viable Independent political party, The Independent Party of America (TIPA). America needs a Publicly acceptable Third political party and TIPA will prove to be just that with your help! I am in the process of building TIPA’s first Local Chapter right here in Carroll County.
