Wanted - 30 gallon -or- 40 gallon breeder tank

I'm in search of a bigger tank for my gerbils. Looking for either a 30 gallon tank (36" long x 12" wide x 16" tall) OR a 40 gallon breeder tank (36" long x 18" wide x 16" tall). Prefer a tank that comes with a screen lid. I'm located in Severn, MD 21144.
