Hi! Me and a couple friends are starting an emo/punk band, but we all live in apartment buildings and therefore have nowhere to practice. I was wondering if anyone around the Binghamton area has a space that they wouldn't mind renting to us to have our band practices. We're not picky at all, even a dingy basement would be great!
