$500 BONUS AFTER successful completion of 90 DAYS We are a growing Colorado Property Management Company and we are hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for our Colorado Springs portfolio. If you have 2+ years of verifiable experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance industry, enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation we want to talk to you! Specific duties for this position include: Excellent Customer Service Skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors Complete Make-Ready/Turns Light plumbing Light electrical Drywall repair Painting Setting, grouting, and sealing bathroom tile Grounds keeping Take On-Call rotation to resolve emergency maintenance issues or escalate as appropriate You must have good physical condition and strength, including climbing stairs, standing, overhead work, kneeling and bending, ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly. A desire to learn and grow with us Additional skills and experience that will set you apart but are not required: • Experience with boilers, higher level electrical, higher level plumbing • Experience with laminate flooring installation • Current OSHA Certification We offer a competitive hourly wage and excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid vacation and paid sick time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE BONUS: $500 paid after successful completion of 90 Day Introductory Period.
