We are looking for people to help us turn properties that have been vacated by former tenants getting them ready for new tenants. This would be an independent contractor position Once we agree upon a price for work to be done and a deadline of time the property would be turned over to you for completion. This could be anything from as simple as removing debris from former tenant to drywall work painting small electrical or sometimes plumbing whatever it takes to make the property rentable again. We would have to have a clear understanding of what your capabilities are and determining what properties you would be able to help us get ready. We would not want to put somebody into a property where they did not fully understand how to rehab it properly and correctly. Please have your own tools and your own transportation.
