Found Black and Brown Chihuahua “Pinky”

Foothill Blvd near Santa Rosa, San Luis Obispo CA

Description

I found a black and brown Chihuahua named “Pinky” wearing a red collar with a pink name tag, rabies tag, and an E.S.A. tag behind the church on the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Santa Rosa in San Luis Obispo. The phone number on her tag(same one listed on her microchip) didn’t work but she is registered to someone named Terry Moore from Paso Robles. Currently she is at the SLO Animal services so either contact them or me.
