SITE SUPERVISOR Established Janitorial Service Company, Seacrest Services is currently hiring for a FULL-TIME SITE SUPERVISOR for IMMEDIATE START. This position will be based in San Diego Mission Valley. We service large Class "A" communities. We E-Verify and require identification to pass the screening. Must be eligible to work in the USA. We will be conducting interviews this week! Schedule: · Days: Monday thru Friday (Must be available to work overtime & weekends, when needed). · Hours: 8am – 5pm Compensation: · $17 per hour Site Supervisor - Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): · Must speak Spanish * Ability to lead a team. Must have at least 1 year experience supervising. · Assign calls/requests to crew & report to customer. · Assist in keeping record of shifts activities · Assist in keeping track of inventory · Must be able to function as the leader of a crew day to day tasks, using high level of professionalism and communication skills. · Respond to building requests as instructed. · Monitor lobby, corridors, elevators and stairwells for cleanliness. · Empty trash containers. · Remove debris from floor. · Clean toilets/sinks as needed. · Occasional clean-up of human waste and other body fluids, if necessary. · Fill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers as needed. · Clean any spills as needed. · Set out rain mats on rainy days; keep in clean condition. · Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors. · Perform detail dusting, vacuuming and mopping as needed. · Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies and regulations. - Participates in onboarding new hires and interviews. Requirements & Qualifications: · Bilingual: English/Spanish – Required. · Cleaning/Janitorial experience: 2 – 3 years. (Lead or Supervisor experience) · Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner. · Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. · Self-motivated, as well as, ability to work in a team environment. · Must be organized and able to follow a schedule. · Must have ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete daily. · Professionalism is a must.
