Looking for serious business minded spiritual healers of all kinds. My name is Malee and I have an art gallery downtown Vancouver, WA on Main and Evergreen across from Vinnies Pizza and above Rosemary’s Café. I have been in that space since December 2019. I took over the lease and renovated it July 2020 and I had my grand opening for my art gallery the end of August 2020. I ran the space as a full time art gallery for six months. A little bit more about the space. I have a large space with floor-to-ceiling windows and across from me is the co-tenant, Unique Beauty Loft, and there are two large rooms that have beauticians, estheticians, massage therapists, and soon a barber. They are so quiet that I don't even realize they are there sometimes! Then in April of 2020 I took in subtenants that put a bookstore in the space and we combined it with the art gallery. I learned a lot from working with them the past six months but they have expanded and are moving downstairs. The tenants downstairs also expanded and have moved down the street but are also still on Main Street. There is a whole entrepreneurship community where I am and surprisingly many of them have done well, even during the pandemic, and are expanding and have plans for even further expansion. The bookstore people are moving out by October 31st and I am looking to start another business and combine it with the art gallery. I have been doing astrology professionally now for the past year and I have many years of experience. I plan on calling this business “Vancouver Astrology and Readings” and I will have signs made as well. I want to rent out spaces to mediums, psychics, astrologers, palm readers, tarot readers, reiki healers, reflexology/ massage therapists, etc. that are serious about their “art” and have experience and are either growing a client base and/ or already have a client base. I will be charging a monthly rental fee for those who are serious about working there part time and full time. I will be offering the service of having a page for you on the main website for “Vancouver Astrology and Readings” as well as featuring you on social media and your service(s). I will be charging $400 for unlimited access with your own key and this comes with privileges such as a small break room, bathroom, and internet. If you are only interested in using the space part time then I am charging $200 per month but I would have to pair you with someone else who wants to do part time and you would have to share that room/ section. Those who want full time will have their own room. I am starting out doing month to month agreements and will consider doing more long term agreements in the future. I will be vetting people. I require that you consent to a background check (since you will have a key and there will also be some merchandise in the store and art), provide three references that are not family and friends and sign an agreement form. To make it clear; I do not pay you since this is your own business and you either already have clientele and/or are growing clientele. You keep 100% of your profits. The space is approximately 800 square feet in the main floor area not including the office, main hall and my art studio. I will be sectioning off several spaces for people to rent. I will provide pictures in this posting and you are welcome to come check it out if you are serious and contact me. I would like to have people start working in the space by the first or second week of November (4 to 6 weeks from now).
