Full Time with Benefits Apply www.aztecshops.com/employment SUMMARY: Performs a wide variety of semi-skilled work in the inspection, maintenance, alteration and repair of buildings, building components and equipment in Aztec Shops facilities at San Diego State University,, and Calexico Campus store; to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, institutional food services kitchen equipment and corporate vehicles. The minimum requirements for applicants is two years of increasingly responsible experience resulting in tradesman level of skill in simple building and building systems repair; or any combination of training and experience as a maintenance or construction trades helper, laborer or apprentice. Additional or supplemental experience in one or more of the following specific trades is highly desirable: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cabinetry & carpentry, metalworking, tile setting, painting and wall finishes, drywall, automotive/small engine repair. Working knowledge of common methods, practices, tool and materials used in building services that are related to wood and metal work, electrical, HVAC and plumbing maintenance is required. Valid California Driver’s License with clean DMV is required.
