Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Pre-Production and Department Manager, this is a full time position, Monday through Friday work schedule. Essential Duties and responsibilities • Perform process from burning screens to final printing. • Setting up screens and inks for prints. • Mixing inks and specialty inks. • Screen washing when needed. • Screen-printing from 1-12 colors with specialties • Ensuring timelines are met, and product is done at a quality level. • Maintaining screen printing equipment. Minimum Qualifications • Two years of related work experience. • Knowledge of pantones and ink specialties and has an attention to detail. • Understanding of blanks and fabrics. • Ability to problem solve. • Work well within a team environment. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change. • Passionate about delivering a quality product and value to our team. Requirements • Strong attention to detail. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Great interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision (including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus) and hearing. • Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime if required. • Must have reliable transportation. Physical Requirements • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity. • Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted. • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. • Must be able to stand for a prolonged period. • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing and reaching (may require climbing of ladders for top-level selections) Working Conditions • Work is performed inside a warehouse where temperatures vary To apply please visit:
