Description
Full-time roving maintenance technician needed to join the apartment maintenance team at a Clairemont Property Management Company.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience doing residential property repairs and rent-ready's. Need to own their own truck and tools and have a clean driving record. Hourly wage commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a profit-sharing program.
