General contractor looking for a skilled construction individual to help with backlog of remodel jobs. One short term gig for a kitchen remodel (approx 3 weeks) Ones short term gig for whole house remodel (approx 7 weeks) Individual must be able to work without supervision, get jobs done to completion and work with others. Must have tools of the trades and be skilled in all areas of interior/exterior remodeling. The main job I need completed immediately is the kitchen remodel...pretty standard job, one wall being removed, sheetrock patch, cabinet install, etc. The position could turn into a full time job if everything works out. This will be a 1099 situation on payroll unless individual turns full time in which case it would be a standard W-2 position. Pay is 35/hr for this skilled position I don't need resumes, simply tell me a little about your skills and background and we will meet in person to discuss the rest If you don't leave a phone number, I will not return your message.
