Multi-faceted property services company seeks technician for growing carpet cleaning division. Primary duties include assisting division manager with carpet cleaning and repairs. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. Position may also involve painting, cleaning, and light maintenance, as workflow demands. Carpet cleaning experience desired but not required. On-the-job training for the right individual. Full-time position. Wage based on experience.
