Full Time General Laborer for Residential Custom Builder

Local custom homebuilder looking to hire a general laborer to do various tasks across multiple job sites in the Charlottesville and broader Albemarle County area. Indoor and Outdoor work in all seasons. Clean up, demolition, work with hand and digging tools, lift and move heavy materials and equipment etc. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST: 1. Pass a Criminal Background Check 2. Possess a Driver’s License 3. Have a Clean Driving Record 4. Have your own Reliable Transportation 5. Provide 3 references (at least 2 must be former employers or co-workers) 6. Have an up-to-date smart phone for daily timecard entry 7. Be on time to work 8. Maintain a good attitude during hard and sometimes undesirable work Our work week is Monday through Friday 7:30 – 4:00 Start immediately. Health, dental and paid time off after 90 days.
